How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing normally takes 3–7 business days after confirmed payment. Transit time starts after dispatch: shipments by air from Mainland China typically take 8–18 business days to the US or 6–14 business days to Japan. Some eligible products may ship from a US warehouse, depending on stock. Other destinations and available estimates are shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; customs, peak periods and holidays may cause delays. See https://www.everbeauz.com/policies/shipping-policy

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, we will email a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking may take several business days to update after dispatch. If you cannot find the email or need help, contact support@everbeauz.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to destinations supported at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see availability, shipping charges and any displayed estimates. Customs duties or import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states they are included. See https://www.everbeauz.com/policies/shipping-policy

Do you offer free shipping?

Enjoy free shipping on eligible orders over $75. Availability may vary by destination and items; your final shipping cost and eligibility are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy for details: https://www.everbeauz.com/policies/shipping-policy

What is your return policy?

To request a return, email support@everbeauz.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number, item and reason. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags, seals, accessories, packaging and proof of purchase. Hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards and Final Sale items have exclusions. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping and related customs costs are your responsibility. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of the instructions. Full conditions: https://www.everbeauz.com/policies/refund-policy

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, please contact support@everbeauz.com within 14 calendar days of delivery for approval, then place a new order for the item you would like. Return conditions and exclusions apply. Full policy: https://www.everbeauz.com/policies/refund-policy

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please email support@everbeauz.com within 6 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation or shipping-address change. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. We will do our best to help, but requests are not guaranteed once processing or packing has started. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled; eligible items may be returned under our return policy: https://www.everbeauz.com/policies/refund-policy

What payment methods do you accept?

You can see the payment methods available for your order at checkout. Available options may vary by country, currency and payment provider. If a payment fails, please try another available method or contact support@everbeauz.com. Never send your full card number or security code by chat or email.

Can I combine Rewards discounts with other offers?

Rewards discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. Choose the offer you would like to use at checkout, and check its minimum spend and other conditions before placing your order. Open Rewards on our website to see your available rewards.
