These Terms of Service govern your use of everbeauz.com and purchases through Ever Beauz (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Store information

Ever Beauz is a brand operated from Mainland China. The identity and address of the seller contracting with you are provided on our Contact Information page and, for Japan, our Japanese commercial disclosure page. Customer support is available at support@everbeauz.com.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, or infringe the rights of others.

Product information

We try to present product descriptions, measurements, colors, images, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance. Minor variations that do not materially change the product are possible, but this does not limit rights relating to materially defective, misdescribed, or incorrect goods.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and size guidance before ordering.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may reject or cancel an order before shipment because of inventory errors, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices, currency, taxes, and duties

Prices and available currencies are displayed on the site or at checkout. Your payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, destination-country duties, import taxes, consumption taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and may be payable by the recipient.

Payment

You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Shipping, cancellation, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The website and its original text, graphics, logos, photographs, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to Ever Beauz and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment services, social platforms, and carriers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, translate, adapt, and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws. We may remove unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer guarantees.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not apply to ordinary consumer complaints or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and mandatory consumer protections

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence, including applicable protections in Japan or the United States.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@everbeauz.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using a court, regulator, or dispute mechanism available under applicable mandatory law.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version. The Terms in effect when an order is placed generally govern that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
